DELIVERY POLICY

1. All deliveries are only within Pusat Bandar Puchong area. Street names and POS code must be correct and accurate.
(Only available for radius 25 Km from Setiawalk Pusat Bandar Puchong)
2. If you are not at home to receive your order, Please contact +601127790040 Whatsapp or Call within a stipulated timeframe for the next deliveries or pick up.
3. If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.
4. We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
(We deliver each order to one delivery address within radius 25 Km from Setiawalk Pusat Bandar Puchong).

DELIVERY CHARGES

1. A standard Delivery Charge of RM2 (below 5km), RM8 (5km to 15km). Delivery charges separately.

2. STRICTLY NO REFUND for Delivery charges.
3. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 am to 7:00pm daily.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

1. Order confirmation and closing time are before 6:30pm from Monday to Sunday.
2. Confirmed orders will be processed within the next 10 minutes.
3. Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows:-
Three (3) hours depend on location

SALES, PROMOTIONS & FESTIVE PERIODS

1. During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take a longer time.
